1. Introduction

Glory Group Ltd. (glorycasino.plus) maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering, terrorist financing, and any financial crime. This Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy is established in compliance with Curacao eGaming regulations and international AML standards. All staff and systems are required to adhere to this policy. Failure to comply may result in account suspension and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

2. Know Your Customer (KYC) Procedures

All players must complete KYC verification before withdrawing funds or when triggered by transaction thresholds. Required documents: (a) Proof of Identity - government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, driver's licence); (b) Proof of Address - utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months; (c) Proof of Payment - copy of payment method used. Enhanced due diligence may be required for high-value transactions or elevated-risk profiles.

3. Risk Assessment

We assign risk ratings to all player accounts based on: geographic jurisdiction (high-risk countries receive enhanced scrutiny); transaction patterns and velocity; source of funds declarations; PEP (Politically Exposed Person) status; and adverse media screening. High-risk accounts are subject to enhanced due diligence and more frequent review. Risk ratings are updated automatically and manually on a periodic basis.

4. Transaction Monitoring

All transactions are monitored in real-time by automated systems. Alerts are triggered for: large single transactions exceeding defined thresholds; structuring (multiple smaller transactions designed to avoid reporting limits); rapid deposits and withdrawals without gameplay; deposits from multiple payment methods; and patterns inconsistent with stated player profile. Flagged transactions are reviewed by our compliance team within 24 hours.

5. Reporting Obligations

Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or terrorist financing, we are legally required to file a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) with relevant financial intelligence units. We are prohibited by law from notifying the subject of such a report (tipping-off). Accounts subject to SAR investigation may be frozen without prior notice pending resolution.

6. Record Keeping

We retain all KYC documents, transaction records, and compliance reports for a minimum of 5 years from account closure or the date of the transaction, whichever is later. This applies to both active and closed accounts and is required under applicable AML legislation.
